Jeffrey Kramer

Jeff Kramer is an attorney with PIB Law and focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in connection with financial services-related litigation matters. Jeff has successfully litigated in federal and state courts nationwide and negotiated settlements in major litigation and bankruptcy matters. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.


Prior to joining PIB Law, Jeff served as Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where he provided counsel on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy/restructuring matters to corporate and individual clients, including Chapter 11 debtors, official committees and individual creditors. Jeff has had the opportunity to advise clients successfully through litigating disputes with borrowers, personal injury claimants, vendors, employees, landlords and other parties at the trial and appellate court levels. Jeff has also strategized with clients on ways to mitigate and manage risk and the implications of litigation and regulatory matters on business operations and worked with clients to implement those strategies.


Jeff also served as Of Counsel at Seidman & Pincus, LLC, where he broadened his practice to include consumer bankruptcy matters and represented secured lenders, corporate parties, and individual claimants in bankruptcy, state court foreclosure and general litigation proceedings.


Jeffrey received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy, magna cum laude, from Muhlenberg College.
