PIB Law Names Anthony Del Guercio to Executive Committee

SOMERSET, NJ, Dec. 11, 2013 – PIB Law, a multi-service law firm that focuses on litigation, arbitration and the full range of enforcement, transactional and regulatory issues confronting businesses nationwide, has named firm partner Anthony Del Guercio to its Executive Committee.


Mr. Del Guercio has extensive experience in financial services litigation, insurance and reinsurance disputes, insurer liquidation proceedings, fraud litigation and complex commercial and securities litigation matters.  He is chair of the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance Group and a member of the firm's Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group and Commercial Litigation Group.
