At PIB we recognize the importance of giving back to the community, and we are committed to incorporating these considerations into our business operations and culture.
Beyond our professional commitment to our clients, PIB actively partners with non-profit organizations and encourages its attorneys and professional staff, individually and as a firm, to give back to the communities in which we live and work.
PIB believes the best success is shared success, and as the Firm has grown we have endeavored to support many deserving causes and organizations through volunteerism, donations of goods and services, and financial contributions. PIB has partnered with many local youth organizations and causes, law schools, and legal related professional organizations like the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. PIB has sponsored national causes like the GlamourGals Foundation, National Womens Law Center, and SAGE services for LGBTQ+ elders. During the pandemic, PIB partnered with Seton Hall and Rutgers Law schools by providing final exam outline printing and delivery services, free of charge for 2020 and 2021 semesters, in order to help students during these challenging and uncertain times.
PIB Law is dedicated to providing pro bono legal services, monetary support and volunteer time to individuals and organizations most in need. Our dedication to social responsibility is a source of pride and reflects a fundamental part of the Firm's culture. Our volunteers work for a wide range of charitable causes, which provides our employees with opportunities to serve their communities and come together as colleagues.
We seek out pro bono opportunities that will provide our attorneys with practical experience. Associates are welcome to seek out and initiate pro bono projects, subject to obtaining partner approval and sponsorship.
