Kathleen Crotty

Profile

Kathleen is an associate with PIB Law and focuses her practice on consumer finance and commercial litigation.  She is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Southern District of New York, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska, where she served as antitrust litigation counsel in a complex antitrust action brought by a bipartisan group of 38 State Attorneys General and developed, prepared, and defended fact and expert witnesses at depositions and during an eleven-week bench trial.  Previously, she worked at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in New York.  She has experience in all phases of federal and state litigation, from commencement through appeal, across an array of industries and subject matters.
