Ashlee Murph Named Director of Diversity and Inclusion at PIB Law Print PDF
PIB Law is pleased to announce that Ashlee Murph has been named the firm's Director of Diversity and Inclusion.
Ashlee will lead the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives, ensuring that the firm’s core principles of inclusiveness and diversity are reflected across its internal and external policies, work and practices.
In her role, Ashlee collaborates with firm leadership to create strategies and programs designed to increase the representation of all historically underrepresented groups throughout the firm and in our recruitment efforts. She works across the firm to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
As a practicing lawyer, Ashlee will continue to practice complex civil litigation matters. She received a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.A. from American University.
Ashlee notes, “This is an amazing opportunity to continue growing at a firm where I’ve learned so much already and drive its DEI efforts to make sustainable change and positive impact throughout our firm, the legal industry, the communities we serve and beyond.”
