Overview
PIB Law’s Mergers and Acquisitions team is comprised of highly skilled attorneys experienced in helping companies accelerate their growth through strategic business combinations and alliances. We advise our clients to assist in their understanding of the deal, deliver superior service and provide value by devising novel and innovative deal structures. Our M&A team has experience in acquisitions and dispositions in a wide range of industries, including those that are highly regulated.
We represent the full spectrum of players in a deal, including the acquiring company, the target or selling company, the board of directors and special committees, private equity and other financial sponsors, financial advisors, investment bankers, interest holders, shareholders and partnership interests in both public and private companies.
